At Devon the Defender, our mission is simple but powerful:
To honor the legacy of Devon “The Defender” Silva by standing up for children who need it most.

Each year, we invest in our local community by:

• Providing brand-new winter coats to 3rd-grade students in need

• Awarding an annual college scholarship to a Wyoming Area graduate

• Offering life skills training and budgeting workshops for youth aging out of foster care

• Partnering with local leaders to expand free tutoring and academic support

• Supporting other child-centered programs that reflect Devon’s heart for service

Because that’s what Devon would have done.

Devon lived his life with purpose — protecting, supporting, and uplifting the people around him. His compassion was quiet but unstoppable. And now, through this foundation, we carry that same spirit into action.
